STEVEN
P. ROBERTS
Mr. Roberts started
at Belsher & Becker in 1999 and became a partner in 2003.
He practices civil litigation with a primary focus on Personal
lnjury.
He also practices in the firm's traditional areas of business
litigation, real property and mobile home residency law. Mr. Roberts
studied Economics and Philosophy at the University of Massachusetts
Amherst and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University,
Humboldt in 1993.
Mr. Roberts obtained his law degree in 1996 from Wilamette University.
During law school, he was a Senior Law Clerk for the United States
Attorney's Office, District of Oregon.
Mr. Roberts is admitted
to practice in California state and federal courts.
He has successfully prosecuted numerous civil trials and arbitrations
and argued before both state and federal appellate courts. He
also has a reputation for pro bono service to the elderly and
low income mobile
home residents statewide.
