HOWARD MARK BECKER

Mr. Becker specializes in commercial, real estate and business law.
Mr. Becker graduated from the University of Southern California (USC)
in 1981 with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in
Finance and Accounting. He received his J.D. in 1984 from the USC
Law Center and continued post graduate studies in the USC Masters
of Business Taxation program.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Becker worked in the tax department of Price Waterhouse & Company. He also practiced with two large Los Angeles firms before starting his own law firm in Westlake Village.

Mr. Becker moved to the Central Coast in 1991. He joined with Mr. Belsher to form Belsher & Becker in 1995. Mr. Becker currently represents several
Central Coast financial institutions, and a variety of commercial and
real estate businesses.
